I have just checked the prime video app on my tv and that loads up fine, but I did the firestick for my dad. Last week, I posted a video demo on how to use Preview to transfer media files from an iPhone to a Mac. Its just the Everton Liverpool game where there seems to be the problem. When I do plug in and select iPad I only get ghosted images that give me error if I try and upload. All the other games load up fine and you can watch the preview etc.

I do get message to trust but then nothing. (blue tooth mouse works) iPad blue tooth airdrop works to other computer. I have tried the capture app to transfer pictures (image capture core error 9912) and air drop will not stay connected to blue tooth long enough to do anything.

I can just plug it in to my other mac mini and get the photos but when I plug it into iMac mid 2011 i get the same errors. I have the same problem but it is with an old iPad mini. I did also try to set up an Air Drop to manually transfer the photo files, but since I use my iPhone as a hotspot for the network, that wouldn't work.Īny ideas on what to try?
